This experience taught him the importance of aligning individuals' skills with their roles in a changing environment, a blend of art and science that requires ongoing adaptation.

With AI taking center stage in operations, he sees an opportunity to streamline tasks and allocate resources more effectively. His passion lies in not only sourcing top talent but also helping companies optimize the talents of their existing workforce. This includes for Executive, GTM, and Business Operations roles (US, EMEA, APAC). 

With nearly a decade of experience in technology recruiting, Shaira is a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager focused on delivering exceptional recruitment experiences and driving business growth. She has a strong track record in recruiting for across startups, midsize companies, and publicly traded firms, consistently achieving outstanding results through innovative strategies and strong relationship-building.

Her expertise in data-driven decision-making and global talent acquisition has led to key achievements, including developing a successful talent acquisition strategy at Annexus Health and leading Cloudreach’s global recruitment efforts, contributing to the company’s growth and eventual sale to Atos.
